Make Your Day More POSITIVE INCLUSIVE DIVERSE FUN
A student in Knockainey National School, I am probably best known for my role as the host of the Monday Motivation ‘Paudcast’.
This 60 second motivational clip is released every Monday on www.Paudcast.ie. The idea was born last year with the intention of helping people, young and old, by keeping them upbeat during the challenging Covid times. Since then, the ‘Paudcast’ has gone viral, with messages of support flowing in from around the world.
I love promoting the message of inclusion, diversity and ability. I may have Down syndrome, but I am a huge believer that disability should not mean inability. Join me, and lets share the journey together.
Paudcast Season 1
Season 1 - I bring when I look back at the quality of these. The messages were great, but the quality of production - not so much!
Paudcast Season 2
I started getting better, confidence was building, the messaging was strong, and the audience was growing!
Paudcast Season 3
Little pivot and change in format in Season 3. The weeks go by so quickly, but lots of exciting plans for this season!
Not a huge fan of commercialising anything, but I am happy to work with any companies whose ethos aligns with mine.
My favourite section - I love charity work, and would urge you to support my favourite charities listed below.
Between celebrity endorsements, and others, I categorise these are 'others'. I hope you enjoy them. 🙂
